Fine and compact fabrics:

The extraordinarily uniform and smooth SUPERFINE fabric surface differs markedly from standard knitted fabrics. The individual stitches, stitch wales, and stitch rows form one entity to create a single dense fabric surface. This makes it possible to create opaque materials while still achieving very low material weights. SUPERFINE fabrics are flattering, and their compactness and thinness make them remarkably comfortable and delightfully light to wear.

The overall feature of "fineness" (in its various aspects) gives Superfine fabrics completely new properties. In general, Superfine is a new dimension of consumer wearing comfort and beauty. The garments are lighter, finer and much less constraining and as such offer an increased feeling of "well-being" to the wearer. The visual appearance of garments made from Superfine fabrics is far more attractive than standard fabrics.
